    The price list for private clients, as well as the terms and conditions of the current account agreement and purchase insurance, will change

    02.06.2025

    1) Please be advised that changes to the effective Standard Terms & Conditions of Settlement Agreement will enter into force on 3 August 2025.

    The main changes are as follows:

    • from now on, the terms and conditions of banking plans for both private and business clients will be set out as part of the Standard Terms & Conditions of the Settlement Agreement. A private client is thereby automatically considered to be a user of the banking plan without a monthly fee, unless the use of another banking plan is agreed. A business client must still submit an application to the bank to join a banking plan. It is possible to change the banking plan on the terms and conditions provided for in the agreement. A monthly fee must be paid for the use of a banking plan available for a fee, including if no transactions are made on the account (clauses 9 and 10 of the settlement agreement);
    • for the sake of clarity, it is stipulated for both private clients and business clients that using a current account is permitted only in the interests of the account holder and for the purpose of the transactions specified when the account is opened (clause 2.3 of the settlement agreement);
    • from now on, the bank will not accept payments received by a business client after the termination of the settlement agreement with the business client (clause 13.4 of the settlement agreement);
    • in addition, we have removed the terms and conditions of a simple payment, as the bank does not provide this service (clauses 3.1.6.–3.1.12. of the settlement agreement).

    The new Standard Terms and Conditions of Settlement Agreement will apply from 3 August 2025 to settlement agreements signed until 1 June 2025, and from 2 June 2025 to settlement contracts entered into on or after 2 June 2025.

    You can read the new terms and conditions here.

    A client who has entered into a settlement agreement until 1 June 2025 can terminate the settlement agreement before 3 August 2025 if they disagree with the changes made to the Standard Terms & Conditions of Settlement Agreement, unless other contracts or agreements have been entered into with the bank, which require the client to have an account and which have not expired. If the client has not notified us of their wish to terminate their settlement agreement before 3 August 2025, the bank will conclude that the client has agreed to the changes made in the Standard Terms & Conditions of Settlement Agreement.

    2) Please be advised that changes to the Price List for Private Client will enter into force.

    The main changes are as follows:

    • new banking plans Basic and Useful will be added to the Price List for Private Client from 2 June 2025;
    • private clients who enter into a settlement agreement on or after 2 June 2025 can no longer choose banking plans Väikerahn, Rahn and Rändrahn;
    • banking plans Väikerahn, Rahn and Arveldaja will be removed from the Price List for Private Client as of 3 August 2025, as these banking plans will no longer be provided.

    You can read the new terms and conditions here.

    A private client who has entered into a settlement agreement until 1 June 2025 can terminate the settlement agreement before 3 August 2025 if they disagree with the changes made to the Price List for Private Client, unless other contracts or agreements have been entered into with the bank, which require the private client to have an account and which have not expired. If the private client has not notified us of their wish to terminate their settlement agreement before 3 August 2025, the bank will conclude that the private client has agreed to the changes made in the Price List for Private Client.

    3) Starting from June 1, 2025, purchases made with Coop Pank´s card will be covered by debit and credit card purchase insurance for one year.

    If you have any questions, please contact our customer support by e-mailing klienditugi@cooppank.ee or calling 669 0966 (Mon- Fri 08:30-19:00).
