Non-residents

  • E-residency alone isn’t a sufficient basis for opening an account for an individual: they need to have a strong link to Estonia

  • To open an account, bring personal ID with you (i.e. your Ukrainian internal passport, Ukrainian passport for foreign travel, ID card, Estonian residence permit card or driver’s licence with a printout of the temporary protection decision issued in regard to you)
  • New clients enjoy a year-long discount from the moment they sign up, paying no monthly fees for the 'Useful' plan for 12 whole months! (Normal price €1.49/month)
  • Since 1 February 2024, foreign payments to Ukraine have been subject to fees in accordance with our price list

You can link your card to our ‘Kaardivägi’ programme to support the Reservists Fund with every card payment you make. If you do, 1 cent from every payment will be donated to the fund, to which we’ll add 1 cent of our own.

  • Credit card – Up to 40 days interest-free.
  • Virtual card – All of Coop Pank’s debit and credit cards can be ordered as virtual cards. An environmentally friendly virtual card can be used straight away – and is completely free of charge!
  • All private client bank cards come with automatic purchase insurance.

Each month, one lucky client gets everything they spent the previous month paid back to them. And if you transfer your salary payments to your Coop account, we'll pay double!
