The easiest option for short-term saving is to open the Cash Drawer, where you can set up different automatic saving methods. The amount accumulated in the Cash Drawer earns interest, but is also available for you to use quickly if needed.

Security first and foremost

You can quickly check your bank card's PIN in our Internet or mobile bank at any time. To make sure your banking is as convenient but also as secure as possible, you can identify yourself biometrically and remind yourself of your PIN whenever you need to. You can also use the app to manage your card limits and, if necessary, block or close a card.

Coop Pank's payback

Each month, one lucky client gets everything they spent the previous month paid back to them. And if you transfer your salary payments to your Coop account, we'll pay double!
Everyone who performs at least five transactions a month with one of our cards is entered in the draw.

Debit card – good to know

You can order your new card in either virtual or plastic form. Virtual cards are always free of charge.
You can order a new bank card quickly and easily via our Internet or mobile bank. Your card will then be posted to your home address (unregistered), normally reaching you within a week. Before ordering a card, make sure your contact details in the bank are up to date.
In order to start using your card, you'll first have to activate it. You can do this by clicking on ‘Cards' in the Internet or mobile bank. If the card in question is an additional card, it will need to be activated by the account holder. Never activate a card until you've actually received it. To activate a card in the Internet bank, enter the last four digits of the card number.
Be sure to call us on 669 0966 (8:30-19:00 Monday-Friday) if a bank card you've ordered doesn't turn up or you're unable to activate it.
Note that although you can change a plastic card’s PIN at any ATM (provided the machine’s operator enables this), you can’t change the PIN on a virtual card.
You'll find out what the PIN for your new card is once you've activated the card in the Internet or mobile bank (‘My bank' - ‘Cards' - ‘Settings')
You can check the PIN at any time in the Internet or mobile bank, and there's no limit on how many times you can check it – simply do so any time you need to remind yourself of it
Viewing your PIN is entirely safe, since you'll be asked to identify yourself again using biometrics or another means of authentication
